The Insurance Industry Security Warning Study Based On BP Neural Network

ABSTRACT:Involved in all ways of lives and business, insurance is strong public and social. In the modern economy, the role and influence of insurance is expanding, and it has become an important part of the national economy. Insurance is the stabilizer of the modern economic, if the stabilizer meets problems, economic and social crisis will be more intense and frequent.Researching and building up insurance safety warming system, momentarily observing correlative index point, managing the possibility risk in advance, which have significant meaning to avoiding the financial crises happening, averting the negative effectiveness of financial crises erupting, furthermore it can ensure economy development in stability and healthy way.In this article, I expend research on insurance safety from industrial perspective. Firstly thesis retrospects the study actuality of industrial safety, industrial safety warming and insurance safety, and proposes the content of this study. Second thesis introduces the industry safety warming system and warning model, included what is warning system, the function of warning system, principles of warning system and establishment procedures of warning system. Third thesis develops an index system for insurance safety according to the characteristics of insurance industry and previous studies. Forth thesis makes evaluation for insurance safety with principal component analysis based on the data from 2000 to 2008, and then tests the evaluation result and carries out the insurance safety warning with BP neutral network model. The results showed that the insurance industry safety warning level as "threat", and the result is mainly impacted by the control of insurance industry, the premium income and premium funds. Therefore, in order to enhance the insurance safety, should strengthen the control and management of foreign investment to improve control over the insurance industry; strengthen the insurance product innovation to meet the needs of the potential insurance market, improve insurance coverage and increase premium; broaden the channels of funds and improve professional standards of using insurance funds to obtain a higher return on investment income.
