With the population aging in China deepens, the heavy burden of social old-age problem is gradually apparent. China's pension insurance system is under serious challenge. As we all know, old-age insurance is the cornerstone of the social insurance system. A high stability pension system is important to the operation and development of the society. It is not only related to the material and the spiritual quality of olds'life but also affect the entire social order and stability. Although there are a lot of means to solve the crisis of old-age, such as a strong government to improve the investment of old-age insurance and welfare, the market developed more additional pension service products for the people who can provide. These acts require substantial financial or personal income. Compared with the traditional Western developed countries, the power to confront the social impact among the old-age in China is far less than in those countries. Coupled with strong population stability can not be adjusted in a short period of time, China will inevitably enter a phase of long-term aging of the population. In summary, I believe that a certain degree of "the old self-support", that is to extend the mandatory retirement age will probably be the fastest and most effective way to save the social pension crisis, maybe the only way. Therefore, the study of the policy of social conditions in the current feasibility, it has great practical significance. This paper will use five chapters to research the feasibility of extending retirement age policy. The first chapter sort out the related theories and research methods outlined, proposed a more comprehensive literature review and discussion to illustrate the general features. Chapter two reviews the development of the statutory retirement system and changes of China, and tries to find out some existing retirement system defects and shortcomings. Through the transfer of population, economics, human resource management theory, in order to make the theoretical groundwork for the feasibility of extending retirement age policy. Chapter Four will forecast pension gap and analyze the agreement degree of ordinary workers on extending retirement age policy, through the establishment of model prediction and sampling. Understand and describe the important part and elements to the policy of extending retirement age, in the current environment and future which can be predicted. The final chapter will summarize the full text. Propose a possible program design for the policy of extending retirement age, and make some advice may need to work together for the proposed design. Sought through a combination of theory and practice, provide an answer to this important issue. |
