Research Of Countermeasures On Producer Services Development In Tianjin

Since the 1980s, with the development of service industry tending to be more and more knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive, service industry's characteristic of being the emblem of the advanced productive force will be more obvious. Service industry gradually becomes an important symbol of judging and reflecting the level of a country's economic modernization. With the specialization of production technology and the increasingly detailed division of labor in society, for reduce costs, improve efficiency and risk sharing, more and more enterprises will be provided by external service instead of internal service activities. The producer services industry developed rapidly in the world and become a new force that can not to be ignored in the development of the global economics. The development of the producer services has an important significance for the provinces and cities in the expansion of domestic demand, the growth and structure adjustable.There is a large gap between the service industries share of Tianjin in GDP and their share in developed cities, which is quite alien to the aim of "the future north center of economics, and the building of economics circle around Bohai". In addition, the internal structure of the services industry is based on the traditional services industries. The proportion of the representative of modern services industry, for example, finance and insurance, information technology, intermediary services is relatively low, which,to a certain extent, restricted the promoting effect of the producer services for the economic development. Vigorously developed the producer services and truly realize "double drive, interactive development" between the producer services and manufacturing industries have a vital role to comprehensively increase core competitiveness and the development of urban economy of Tianjin.This paper used both theoretical and empirical researches, based on the interactive relationship between the producer services and manufacturing industries studied Tianjin producer services through the qualitative and quantitative research methods. I mainly use quantitative analysis method when I analyze the interactive relationship between the producer services and manufacturing industries and the promoting effect to the growth of economics for the producer services. The comparative analysis method is used when I compare the development of Tianjin producer services with other countries. This paper firstly introduced the relative theory of the producer service and the status of Tianjin producer services and manufacturing industries. Then some meaningful conclusions are drawn by empirical research:the interactive relationship between the producer services and manufacturing industries is validated; the role of producer services in promoting economic growth is validated too. With the beneficial conclusions from both comparative analysis and empirical research and the reality of Tianjin, some advices are given on how to promote the rapid growth of Tianjin producer services.
