So perfect agriculture subsidy law system is a way of effecting a permanent cure.2. To erect agriculture insurance subsidy system is very important at perfecting agriculture protect and support system. Relative to direct subsidy means, agriculture insurance is better.3. Efforts to increase direct subsidies. The current agriculture subsidies have not done enough to support the agricultural development. So, we must do some thing to increase the subsidy intensity.4. To increase agricultural output as the goal orientation of agricultural subsidies. The Government should pay attention to maximize the economic leverage of agricultural subsidies, to let the Government subsidy make greatest impact. The Government is no longer a single agricultural blood transfusion, blood should be for agriculture. Then, fundamentally, they can improve the agricultural production capacity.
