| With the global economic development, the business operation environment had changed tremendously. To surviving and developing in the environment with the increasing keen competition, enterprises are needed to effectively implement the strategy plan within business operation and to raise the level of comprehensive management in all aspects for developing the strength of market competition. Under the circumstances, it appears to be very important to establish and develop a complete full set of performance evaluation system with scientific methods to motivating their staff through implementing effectively of it within the enterprise.The text takes T Company as the study case, based on the analysis of the traditional performance appraisal theory, the Balanced Scorecard theory and the EVA performance appraisal system, find out the present situation and problem existed with it's performance appraisal system and designed the comprehensive EVA Scoring Card appraisal system which are taking EVA as the core part index of the Balanced Scorecard to meet the requirements of enterprise strategic development.There are totally six parts in this thesis:firstly, introduced the background and profound of the thesis. Secondly, carried on the traditional performance appraisal theory, the Balanced Scorecard theory and the EVA performance appraisal theory analysis. Thirdly analyzed the current evaluation status of business performance of the T Company and pointed out the major existing problems. The fourth part is the core and designed the detail content and the system of the performance evaluation system. The No. fifth part further proposed the implementation steps and guarantee measures of scheme. Finally the conclusion is drawn on prospect with applying comprehensive EVA Scoring Card of T Company. |
