The Research On Integrative Innovation Model Of Enterprises In The Western Regions Of China

In the world today, along with the rapid development of information technology, knowledge economy and globalization, technological updating is accelerated and technical complexity is improved constantly, technological development is more and more difficult, the demand of reaction ability of enterprise is higher and higher, technological innovation extends to integrate and innovate of a variety of innovative elements, so the traditional models of technological innovation can't adapt to the development of the times and the integrative innovation model appears. China has identified building an innovative country as a target for future development, promoted indigenous innovation as a national strategy and took original innovation, integrative innovation, and introduce-digest-absorb-innovate as main models of self-innovation. Enterprises in the west of China lack power, ability and potential of technological innovation, so introduce-digest-absorb-innovate and original innovation can't improve their innovative ability effectively. Therefore, it has important theoretical significance and practical significance to research integrative innovation model of enterprises in the west of China by combining the integrative innovation theory with the practice of enterprises' technological innovation in the west of China.The thesis is composed by six parts. The first part is the introduction, which elaborates the background and significance, proposes the subject, analyzes the current condition of the integrative innovation theory and introduces the research route; the second part reviews the related theory of enterprise integrative innovation; the third part basing on detailed analysis of the current situation and problems of technological innovation of enterprises in the west of China, proposes the objective and subjective reasons of enterprises in the west of China to choose integrative innovation; the fourth part starting from three elements as technology, organization and resource, proposes implementation models that suit integrative innovation of enterprises in the west of China: technology alliance, virtual enterprise, IUR cooperation, supply chain integrated and cricoid radiation; the fifth part takes YCC's integrative innovation for example to carry on analysis; finally, clarifies the main conclusions and further research directions. This thesis utilizes the methods to study on the relevant problems such as literature analysis, comparative analysis and case study. The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows: First, the problems in technological innovation of enterprises in the west of China mainly include: environment of technological innovation is imperfect; basic conditions for technological innovation is weak; investment in science and technology is low and structure of investment is unreasonable; personnel in R&D are insufficient and structure of personnel is unreasonable; potential of technological innovation is shortage and core technology is lacking; the ability to develop innovative products is not strong. Second, integrative innovation is an inevitable choice for enterprises in the west of China to achieve indigenous innovation. Third, these models of integrative innovation that based on technology——technology alliance, based on organization——virtual enterprise and IUR cooperation, based on resource——supply chain integrated and cricoid radiation are implementation models that suit integrative innovation of enterprises in the west of China.
