With the development of infomationization, today's enterprises is in the knowledge economy era of globalization and must use performance levers to attract and retain and encourage the talents so that their ability can be played fully and sustainablely. Whether to provide a good management mechanism, or the vast space for personal development, fair and reasonable and competitive performance evaluation and management is absolutely essential, so we research and manage to Determining Factors of Mental Demands of Corporate'Staff.It divides 6 parts:Chapter 1,Introduction. It includes background, purpose, meaning and methodology, structure and innovation. This is the outline for the thesis.Chapter 2, Relevant theories summary, The need theory,the mental model theory and the human capital theory are introducted here. These theories are basis and rely on research Determining Factors of Mental Demands of Corporate'StaffChapter 3, The matter & Relation on Determining Factors of Mental Demands of Corporate'Staff, It mostly includes:contents of mentaldemands, external factors, internal factors, which constructs net system of mentaldemands.Chapter 4, Empirical Analysis on Determining Factors of Mental Demand of Corporate'Staff, Through academic hypothesis, model building and statistical analysis, we have the following conclusion:external factors mostly impact on corporate's Psychological need, internal factors mostly impact on corporate's Wisdom need, Mental Demand of Corporate'Staff are influenced by Corporate background,Corporate character Corporate scales,management model and entrepreneur quality etc. Chapter 5, Conclusion and suggestion. It gives some conclusion and implement suggestion, First, three principles are introduced, then based on them, we brought up three management stratiges, namely:to reconstruct corporate cultures, to improve peerformance systems and to learn each other.
