Research Of Rural Information On The Impact Of Rural Resources

In this paper, we explored the impact of the rural information on the allocation of resources .Content is as follows:First, we described the construction of rural information of the United States, Germany, Japan, India and China. Then we summarized theoretical research of the rural information on rural resources configuration.Second, based on scientific, independent, development and other principles and previous studies, we established the evaluation index system of rural information and resource allocation in rural areas, and then we collected 12 years data (1997-2008) from statistical yearbooks, databases, Internet and so on. Then we chose integrated scoring and AHP measure to analysis; Third, we analyze index of the icon between the rural information and rural resource allocation, and set up regression models about each factor in rural information affects the resources of the rural. After using SPSS17.0 software to regression analysis, regression results showed that information industry was the most significant factor which had influence on rural resources , financial resources was an important factor for allocation of resources. The application of information technology has negative correlation for rural financial resources. The information infrastructure has negative correlation for rural supporting resources. Fourth, we went to Changyang which is an small county in Yichang City for half an month. through interviews, seminars and other means , we collected information of Changyang nearly 10 years in rural development, economic resources, fixed investment changes, changes in industrial structure, labor force transfer and so on, then we sort out and analyze information in rural areas impact on the mechanism of resource allocation in rural areas.Empirical study reveals that rural information would promote the allocation of rural resource. Case study described the mechanism of the rural information to rural resource allocation. Taking these studies, we find that the imbalance of resource allocation in rural areas is an inevitable phenomenon in the process of economic development in China. The unbalanced allocation of financial resources is an important factor which affects the allocation of resources in rural areas. Rural information is good for resource allocation optimization in rural areas. Among them, the information industry is optimal to promote the allocation of resources in rural areas and the focus of information technology talent is an important guarantee for the rural resources. The gap between rural development and urban information technology is still large. Soft power of information technology in rural areas needs to be further excavated. To solve the above problems, we should be based around the area to choose rural information strategy, and then use the information industry as a breakthrough to create a good environment for talent development. At the same time,we should keep in mind that the construction of rural economic activities should work together with other things to promote rural economic and social development.
