A Study On The Development Of Zhejiang Recreational Agriculture Under The Background Of New Rural Construction

In recent years, issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area become a most focused realistic problem highlighted by Chinese government and academic circles as well. While the process of urbannization and market economy accelerate, the economic growth of rural area encounters rigid difficulties. Even in provinces relatively developed such as Zhejiang, it is difficult for rural area to gain rapid growth relying on its own power. Under such circumstances, the development of recreational agriculture seem to be a possible answer to further economic development of rural area.On the basis of Maslow's hierachy theory of needs and sustainable development theory, this thesis reviews the development and the practice of the new rural policy in the light of history and reality. Through horizontal comparison with developed countries and areas, this thesis clarifies the macroeconomic environment and the development prospect of Zhejiang recreational agriculture. Moreover, the author conducted on-the-spot investigation in Huzhou, which adds to the objectivity of the thesis research.The thesis emphasizes on the relationship of the development of recreational agriculture and the new rural construction, and the innovation of this thesis lies on the empirical study of the rural agriculture of Huzhou area on the basis of analyzing the development of new rural policy changes, upon which the thesis put forward the new path of promoting Zhejiang rural construction.
