The Current Situation And Trend Analysis Of China's Industrial Structure

Industrial structure adjustment has been always paid attention by domestic and international scholars. The Industrial structure and its change on the effect of economic growth are becoming more and more manifest, and its transform and upgrade have become modern economic growth's inner variable. The economic growth must bring the change of industrial structure, moreover, structure adjustment brings about an advance in economy. When industrial structure is not in conformity with development level of economy, industrial structure must be adjusted in order to adapt to economic development, so the Process of economic development is a spiral Process from unordered to order of industrial structure to some extent. Therefore, adjustment and optimization of industrial structure is the key to realize a sound and rapid development of the economy.This study bearing on the overall situation is not only urgent, but also of great theoretical and practical significance. In this article, Industrial Structure, Input-Output and Artificial Neural Network theories have been used with the industrial structure adjustment as the main line. The paper analyses the current situation and predicts the trending development of three industries during the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. And some suggestions which will promote the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure have been proposed to help decision-making.Firstly, this paper summarizes the domestic and foreign scholar's studies on the industrial structure, and summarizes the sequence of three industries through analyzing their development levels, increasing speed and labor structure. Secondly, Input-Output method has been used to analyze the association degree of the 17 departments which includes Sensitivity Coefficient, Influence Coefficient and the relationship between the departments and the final demands. Through analysis, it reveals the situation and the outstanding problems existing at present in three industries structure of China. Thirdly, the paper builds RBF Artificial Neural Network using the added value of three industries from 1992 to 2010, and calculates the trending development of three industries during the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan period. Finally, Based on that, combining the development structure of National Twelfth Five-Year Plan and the two Conferences spirits, some suggestions, which will promote the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure and keep the rapid growth of national economy, have been proposed to help decision-making.
