| Energy is a country important strategical resource, there are many factors effect the changes of China's enrgy consumption. Just as the residential enregy consumption conduct which belongs the micro level and industries relocation which belongs the macro level are the important factors to the energy consumption. This paper studied the micro level firstly and analyzed the feature of residential energy consumption conduct from five aspects which was price effect, structure effect 1, structure effect 2, expenditure effect, and population effect by establishing residential energy consumption model and then further analyzed the end product of residential enregy consumption from structure effect 1 and price effect. We found the two structure effects and the expenditure effect of residengtial enregy made the largest impact but price effect and population effect produced reduction and increase impact respectively, so the structure effect is the important factor to the residential enrgy consumption. In the terms of industries relocation, this paper studied the relocation path of involved industries during industries relocation in the macro level and analyzed how the specific industries relocated from one province to another and how much impact to the enregy consumption. We found industry relocated from heavy industrial district, developed province and the province which takes environmental protection very seriously to the east China coastal area, the southern and middle area of China. We also established the intra-industry enrgy consumption model to the target province to analazed the relocation impact on the specific province through three aspects of intensity effect, structure effct and output effect. We found the hing energy-consuming industries was still the dominating industry which effected the total enrgy consumption, and the total enrgy consumption reduced by the industries relocation between each area in structure effect. |
