Research On Credit Risk Assessment System Of Commoditiy Circulation Enterprise

In the modern economic activity, credit relation (debt relation) has became one of the most common economic relations. Enterprise credit has gradually became the core of contemporary economic chain, accordingly, enterprise credit risk on one hand become an important factor of considerations enterprise financing or lending, on the other hand it is the major risk of enterprise management. As for commercial enterprises, their operating profit is lower than other industries; their operators rely on the support of benefits, and they are low barriers to entry and competitive, so control their credit risk and have an accurate understanding to credit risk of the venture are particularly important. Therefore, this paper introduce commercial enterprises credit risk assessment system as the main research contents, in order to help commercial enterprises to improve the credit management level.Firstly, this paper collects a lot of information about the enterprise credit risk assessment and arranges them. On this basis, with combined the characteristics of commodity circulation industry and integrated qualitative and quantitative analysis, this paper structures the industry enterprise credit risk evaluation index system. from six part of industry risk, enterprise competitiveness, management ability, debt paying ability, profitability and operation ability After that, this paper determines each index weighting of the system with analytic hierarchy process, and calculates credit risk assessment with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The example of the data of listed companies shows that the result is similar to professional credit rating agencies', so this method has certain practical significance. Finally, in this paper the author analyses and designs the assessment system of commodity circulation enterprise credit risk, completes an information system that can meet the basic functional requirements related to credit assessment, and promotes the informationization of credit risk evaluation system.
