Research On The Private Equity Introduced Into Express Industry Of China

Recent years, express industry of China developed rapidly. By 2010, the income of above-scale national express enterprises approached RMB 60 billion, the total number of express reached 2.4 billion per year and the express volume of business exceeded 1000 per day, which ranked the third in the world. Meanwhile China express industry experienced "Force Liquidation" and "Violent Sorting" during the Spring Festival of 2010 as well as price raising of express enterprises, and all the phenomenon reflected the situation of rapid growth of China's express industry, although however, the overall quality of service delivery industry remains low and be lack of financial support. At the same time, private equity in China are so active that have became a very important means of financing beyond bank loans and IPO, the introduction of private equity in the healthy development of China's express is very important not only to afford direct and indirect financial support for the development of China's express industry but also to broaden the financing channels of express industry, as well as provide many value added service for the companies. The main contents of this paper are shown as follows:(1) Analysis of development trend of China's express industry from two aspects: eastern, central, western region express market and city, off-site, international express service.(2) Analysis of the motivation of the introduction of private equity into express industry from two aspects:financial motivation and effect motivation. Financial motivation:first, analysis the current financial channels of express industry and the forms of be lack of financial support of the industry. Second, the description of the situation that private equity can be both direct and indirect development of China's express industry to provide financial support to expand financial channels; Last, summarize the three aspects that match the characters of Private equity and express industry. Effect motivation:first, analysis the problems encountered by the industry; second, analysis the effect of the introduction of Private equity in the industry and the improvement of the service in China.(3) Analysis of the feasibility of the introduction of Private equity into express industry in China from two aspects:market environment and legal policy environment. Market environment:First, initial analysis of the industry investment in the Private equity; second, analyze and forecast the demand of express industry in China with quantity method and SPSS tool, combined with time serious way; last, analyze the development of IPO and mergers and acquisitions in China's market. Legal policy environment:Collect and analyze legal policies that related to express industry and Private equity fund.(4) Proposed the five process of the introduction of Private equity and give some advice on that.
