For the port enterprises, since its business is to provide port handling services, complete and timely recovery of monetary funds, often is the key to the survival and development., so the main commercial port enterprises risk comes down to the port company's financial risk. Thus the value of the classification of the port on enterprise customers have a very important significance.In this paper, based on the theory of custom value, data mining, cluster analysis, SOM neural network made the following studies:Firstly, according to the actual business processes and port surveys, design and development of a complete set of security port data source systems for the enterprise customer value-systems of financial fees received from customers in the system to extract relevant business data, do a good job for the following data for customer classification; Secondly, collection 1537 customs form Huangpu company, using data mining technology for data integration and processing; Adopting arrearage value as the degree measure of the value of arrears (A),the number of operations in port as a measure of the value of frequency (F),customers create profits for the port (accounts receivable credit) as the value of the degree measure (M) these three indicators as customer classification index; the third, according to the characteristics of SOM network, operating principle and learning algorithm, using MATLAB programming, established a SOM-based Customer AFM classification model, the model divided general customers into four class, that is commonly customers,important keep customers,important development customers and new customers. Finally, according to the fee collection system design and development of existing customers and the classification of the port business processes to achieve the customer's strict management and control, which can reduce unnecessary debts port enterprises to further enhance port competitiveness of enterprises. |
