The Study On The Application Of Quality Cost Management In High-speed Train Manufacturing Enterprises

ABSTRACT:High-speed train assembly manufacturing is the key process for each module to integrate and realize, due to its manufacturing process is more complicated and the Chain of operations is stricter than conventional trains, the problems existing in the management system will produce more profound effect to the assembly manufacturing. The economy ratio questions of the High-speed train assembly manufacturing costs and benefits have been raised. This paper researches the high-speed train assembly manufacturing from the aspects of cost and quality, and designs economy model for high-speed train assembly manufacturing.This paper studies the quality management issues of high-speed train assembly manufacturing, and makes comprehensive analysis and study on quality management of the high-speed train assembly manufacturing. Firstly, this paper analyzes the structure and content of quality cost, harmonizes high-speed train assembly manufacturing quality cost into prevention cost, appraisal cost, internal loss cost and external loss cost, and studies their internal relations of "same-total-sum-game", then constructs the quality cost model. High-speed train assembly manufacturing enterprise can use the model and realize the precise calculation and quality cost analysis, thus to provide quantitative basis for realizing the optimization of quality cost. To cope with the application of quality cost model, this paper has designed a complete set of quality cost management implementation plan for high-speed train assembly manufacturing enterprises, including the establishing of the quality cost management system, accounting system, index analysis system and quality cost optimization measures. This paper is based on the principle and ideas of quality management, combing the management method with actual production, and combining the model construction with the implement solutions, provides the theoretical basis and the concrete implementation plan for taking effective quality management in high-speed train assembly manufacturing enterprises.
