This paper first introduced the market environment and the production process of TFT-LCD, and the practical problems encountered in development process of current domestic display field,so that the reader can have a concept and the process of understanding to the problem that we studied.The author pointed out that the production efficiency enhancement is China TFT-LCD panel production enterprise self development and powerful way by the statistical analysis of the Chinese TFT-LCD market conditions and the realistic situation in J company.Then, based on the theory of production efficiency ascension through the combination of professional analysis and comparison, learned knowledge and enterprise's actual situation, the author found a suitable theory in production efficiency promotion for Chinese local enterprise, which is called bottleneck management theory. Bottleneck management theory is the set of management concept and management tools.It put enterprises in the process of achieving its objectives of existing or latent factors called "bottleneck" or "constraint". It makes the enterprise with the improving direction of its affiliated enterprises, thus improving strategies to help enterprises to be more effectively achieve its goals through the bottleneck identify and eliminate the "bottleneck",.The strategies of bottleneck management theory is as follow: Step one, find out the bottleneck of the system; Step two, deciding how to dig the potential as bottleneck; Step three, other tie everything to the above decision; Step four, the bottleneck loosed; Step five, if step four broke original bottlenecks, then back to step one.Then how do you dig out all the potential ? It will need to use the professional knowledge of study on project management.Productivity efficiency promotion project team took out a solution:The first stage, understanding the actual production bottleneck, unity the project aims and expressions and slightly raise efficiency, which is called "standardization";The second stage, minimize the loss of the bottleneck;The third stage, maximize the efficiency of the bottleneck. The three stages met many problems,and the project team solved these problems according to professional project management knowledge learned and make goal of the promotion of TFT-LCD Panel Productivity in J Company.What is worth mentioning, this paper is discussed the ideal situation--efficiency promotion reached goal in the condition of bottleneck having not changed. In-depth study of this situation is the base of dealing with other situation.With this foundation, combining the theory of constraint,we could do the promotion of productivity under various conditions.Standing in the team members of the promotion of TFT-LCD Panel Productivity, The author studied how to plan to improve TFT-LCD Panel Productivity with the related theory and practiced the method, and for project management methods are summarized on and develop.In this paper, through the detailed explanation of the project background, related theories and the technical route and the frame, the project team finally made the goal of the promotion of TFT-LCD Panel Productivity in J Company by analyzing and solving the issue in the project initial stage, the intermediate stage and late stage of the project.
