Agricultural land, a compound of nature, ecology and social economy, is the foundation of human life and production. It has many functions such as economic production function, ecological service function and social security function. In special, the ecosystem service function of agricultural land includes adjusting compositions of the atmosphere, purifying environment, preserving soil fertility, conserving soil and water and so on, deciding the important ecological value of it. Therefore, evaluating the ecological value of agricultural land scientifically plays an important role in using the land's resource reasonably, protecting the resource and promoting the resource to be used sustainably.By combining blocks, flatting ground, constructing farmland roads and water conservancy facilities in land arrangement, land use types, block foundations, water conservancy facilities, soil physical and chemical properties had changed, which led to the changes of ecological environment in the research area and ecological value of agricultural land. Research on agricultural land's ecological value changes after land arrangement is new in the system of land ecological value assessment and calculation. It makes economic expressions of versatilities and multi-values of land resource, and offers the theoretical guidance and practical significance to the development of our country's land arrangement and the stability of the rural areas.In this paper, assessment and changes of agricultural land's ecological value in land arrangement were studied deeply and systematically by means of combining field investigation and laboratory measurement, standard research, empirical study, combining traditional technology and modern technology, and combining quantitative study and qualitative analysis. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The ecological value of agricultural land and impact of land consolidation:Studies suggested that agricultural land had many ecological values, which were reflected through the relevant factors. This research mainly considered four factors which were food production, water conservation,soil formation and protection, prevent inverse and disaster prevention. Farmland ecological value was analyzed these influence factors which were the land use types, irrigation assurance, organic matter, sectors-connecting, soil thickness, slope, soil texture, small reservoirs and wells, shelter forest and GuFang density . The land Consolidation which must rely on a number of biological measures, engineering measures sorts out water, fields, roads, woods. The project would inevitably have a direct or indirect, beneficial or harmful effects to the food production and the surrounding environment water reservoir, soil formation and protect, prevent inverse and disaster prevention and other ecological functions, thus affecting its ecological value.(2)The Evaluation model of ecological value of agricultural land consolidation: This paper created two ecological value of agricultural land evaluation model, a comprehensive evaluation model of multiple factors, which established the ecological value of agricultural land evaluation index system, determined weights by the Delphi method and AHP, spatial analysis by means of GIS software, and got farmland ecological value rating before and after land consolidation ;Another way was the model of energy theory method, which calculated quantitative to factors of ecological functions by energy theory, obtained the changes of the ecological value of agricultural land the farm land before and after land consolidation.(3)The comparing of ecological value of agricultural land before and after land consolidation of Laiwu: Multi-factor comprehensive evaluation resulted show that the total ecological value of agricultural land before land consolidation is 3614090.06, and the total ecological value of agricultural land after land consolidation is 5026893.55, the total ecological value score of agricultural land after the land consolidation increased 1412803.49 than before the land consolidation, and the total score improves 39% than before the land consolidation. Judging from the finishing area before and after, the area of agricultural land before the land consolidation is 692.03 hm2, and the area of agricultural land after the land consolidation is 733.87 hm2, so the total area of agricultural land after the land consolidation increased 41.84 hm2 than before the land consolidation, the main reason of which was to clean up reclamation badlands into farmland. The area of first rank land before the land consolidation was 21.76 hm2, which accounted for 3.15% of total area, after the land consolidation the total area was 616.97 hm2, which accounted for 84.07% of total area; The area of second rank land before the land consolidation was 171.41hm2, which accounted for 24.76% of total area, after the land consolidation the total area was 116.90hm2, which accounted for 15.93% of total area; The area of third rank land before the land consolidation was 360.45hm2,which accounted for 52.09% of total area; The area of fourth rank land before the land consolidation was 138.40hm2, which accounted for 20.00% of total area; The fourth rank land were changed the first land,the second land and the third land after the land consolidation .This paper showed that the ecological value of agricultural score was improved by land consolidation, agricultural land area was increased by land consolidation, soecological value of the agricultural land was increased by land consolidation. Energy theory method resulted show that the total ecological value of agricultural land before the land consolidation was 278.63×10~4 Yuan, the total ecological value of agricultural land after land consolidation was 377.76×10~4 Yuan, so the total ecological value of agricultural land after land consolidation was improved 99.13×10~4 Yuan,and the total score was improved 36% than before the land consolidation. Four ecological factors on quantitative results indicated that the ecological value of the four factors were increased, in which the most significant increasing was food production that increases 76.18×10~4 Yuan; conserving water followed by an increase of 17.03×10~4 Yuan; the value of prevent inverse and disaster prevention was increased 4.71×10~4 Yuan; soil formation and protection of value was increased 1.21×10~4 Yuan.The analysis results of two evaluation methods showed, the total score was improved 39% than before the land consolidation by multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method;The total score was improved 36% than before the land consolidation by the value of theoretical analysis. Because the results of the two methods were similar, so the two methods had some practical value in use.(4)This paper raised suggestions on the ecological value evaluation of agricultural land consolidation. First, this paper proposed to improve the ecological value of agricultural land consolidation evaluation index system and method, and suggested that land consolidation in the biological and engineering measures should be combined to prevent soil erosion. Second, we must further improve the energy analysis method for evaluating the ecological value of agricultural land application, and to strengthen the land consolidation project area after completion of the evaluation of the actual agricultural land.
