With rapid development of communication technology and smart phone technology, the mobile phone has become the most convenient, timely multimedia terminals. As mobile payment has strong customer sticky and huge market space, it regards as a revolution of payment field and becomes significant development content of mobile media service. In our country, though mobile payment has developed for several years, it still lies preliminary stage, and it has big gap from some countries such as Japan and Korea. Mobile payment industry involves many domains. Mobile operators, finance operations and relative service providers have respective advantage in key resources aspects such as users,merchants terminal, account management, payment tools and payment channel,they turn into main force of industry development.Mobile payment can't development without relative enterprises' joint effort of industrial chain. However, how to build an all win mobile payment business mode becomes a problem which needs to be solved urgently.This article is based on business model theory, combining with core competence and industrial chain theories, analyses the key resources and industry which have influence on mobile payment business model structure, the problems lies in our current mobile payment business model and disadvantages on mobile payment business model. At last, some advices are raised to structuring our mobile payment business model by mirroring successful cases abroad, which involves external condition, total thought, industry chain principal line partition, mobile payment business model innovation and so on.
