BIM (Building Information Modeling) Applications In Real Estate Project Management Information

Real estate industry is one of the recognized professional industries that is full of long upper and lower chain, large-scale investment, high level of risk. It is a trend to complete the information technology project management in real estate project management, and information management technology is introduced to the real estate project management.The proposal of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a landmark of real estate project management, application of BIM can control a single project and overall control the real estate companies to improve management efficiency, enhance management, reduce project management costs, improve the quality of decision-making information, repeal the unnecessary waste, promote the real modernization of the construction industry innovation, and ultimately achieving the advanced level in the whole world. By the analysis of the whole real estate industry analysis status, this paper optimized the need for information management systems, and summarized the future trends of the real estate project management information. As the BIM application is still in its embryonic state of the initial conditions, this paper made a clear definition and characteristics of BIM, and discussed the development process, prospects and possible directions that is from three dimensions of the developers, designers, contractors. It took BIM applications in domestic and foreign countries for example, summarized best practices of BIM applications, proposed the creative "six stages" methods application of BIM. BIM application in 10 billion-scale real estate companies described the detail review of corporate strategy, organizational structure analysis, management problem diagnosis, BIM organization design, BIM operational process design, change management, application implementation method.
