China Financial Agricultural Policy And Its Enlightenment To Madagascar

The financial agricultural policy is the important content of the state's financial policy, and also promotes the coordinated development of financial resource in rural area. The stable financial agricultural policy is effective for ensuring the healthy development of agriculture. The most important thing is to improve the income of farmers. Madagascar financial agricultural policy has still in a backward stage in its implementation, frame and reform, but China financial agricultural support has made great achievements. The both countries financial agricultural policy deserve deeply study. Therefore, we can make a comparison between financial agricultural policies of China and Madagascar and get some enlightenment for optimizing the structure of financial expenditure in Madagascar's agriculture.This thesis is based on the status of the agricultural basic foundation, investment and agricultural development theory. This paper introduces the importance of the government financial agricultural support in Madagascar.Then the paper studies the China and Madagascar both countries'agriculture, their rural area situation as a well as their financial agricultural policies. In conclusion, the paper introduces some shortcomings of Madagascar financial agricultural policy and China financial agricultural policies'enlightenment to Madagascar.This paper is divided into five parts, respectively expounds China and Madagascar both countries agriculture and financial agricultural policies situation. The first chapter is the introduction of this paper, and then we expound the literature review and the significance of the research as well as its background. In the second chapter, we describe China agricultural resource situation, the status of development of agriculture as well as rural economic structure. The third chapter describes the origin of China financial agricultural policy, its development and its achievements. In the fourth chapter, we describe Madagascar financial agricultural policy status, its issues and the importance of agriculture in Madagascar's national economy and also the importance of government support in agriculture. The fifth chapter is the last chapter in this paper. In this chapter, we analyze China financial agricultural policy and its enlightenment to Madagascar financial agricultural policy. Finally, we make a general conclusion of this paper.
