As the rapid development of world economy, our demand has increased gradually. In the meantime, we are more and more interested in fashion products. According to the data, the growth of fashion brands is over the steps of world economy. Both in developed countries and new developing countries, such as China and India, all kinds of consumers favor fashion brands.Nowadays, "Made in China" has taken such an important position in the world. However, fashion brands in China have not felt their way. In the world market, those who have international fashion brands take the great advantage.The competitiveness is critical to the appearance and growth of fashion brands. Consumers' attention are quite scarcity due to serious competition. Those cultural international fashion brands with high competitiveness can shorten the process of cognition and purchase.Firstly, this thesis sums the pre-reaches, and gives the definition of fashion brands. Secondly, it brings the internationalizing process of fashion brands from the common brands. Thirdly, it analyses the relationship of products'value and brands competitiveness. Then, this paper through the empirical study and case study, builds an assessment index system and evaluating model on the fashion brands competitiveness. And the last part gives some suggestions on how to cultivate the international fashion brands with high competitiveness. Fashion brands are the output of international competition, which face world brands as the competitors. The competition rules are also international. In China, local fashion brands should adopt to the international competition. In order to create real fashion brands, we have to take an improvement on the technology, products, and service.
