The Study On Influencing Factors On Chinese ODI

There are a lot of factors the enterprises need to consider when the enterprises make location choice, the scholars have not reached a unanimous viewpoint on the factors of Chinese ODI factors so far.So how to make sure what are the factors is very important The paper want to study the factors of Chinese ODI location choice on the base of the study of scholar related.The paper makes a classification of foreign literature related firstly, then reviews the domestic literature. The following is the review of the Chinese ODI, giving a summary of the Chinese ODI. The main body of this paper is the theoretical analysis in third chapter and the positive analysis in the fourth chapter. There is the hypothesises in the third chapter in order to make preparation for the positive analysis and the comparative analysis. The fourth chapter is the key of this paper, giving a test to Chinese ODI and the factors. I make sure the significant variables are GDP, EXPORT, WAGE and so on through the theoretical analysis and positive analysis. Some variables are significant and the rest are not in 3 different models through the comparative analysis and the significance of the Variable is different in different model. So the factors considering in different type countries. The paper will give some advice to Chinese ODI at last.
