The Research On Competitive Power Cultivation Of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprise In Hunan

China is a Great Power of agriculture, and Hunan is a big province of agriculture. The three issues concerning agriculture------the agriculture, the rural area and the peasants are always to be the key related to national economic development and the people's livelihood. Our Department of Agriculture has put forward to " the action of agricultural industrialization and further agrotechny ", and it has already got at present certain effect; such as, the lion-share enterprises has been developed by leaps and bounds, the process in farming products has realised step-by-step scale-rization, grade-rization and accurate, meanwhile the basic construction and layout have been optimized, the farmers'producing and constraction have been standardized. Now, a batch of agricultural product brands with great influence have been shaped at home. The other advantage of agricultural industrialization is to make the agricultural economy association and the organizations of intermediary agricultural services in function. The most meaningful lies in the leading of the lion-share enterprises which not only boost peasants increasing their income, but also their diathesis.The target of Hunan is to come true from a big province of agriculture to a strong one, and it has been effective. Now, the industry in process of farming products has had certain advantages; and compared with other places in China, it owns a competitive advantages in natural resources, geographic location and labour force, while it still has a certain gap in the field of agrotechny scale and grade, labour diathesis, engineering level, fund, and the competition etc.. Thus, this paper tries to analyze in theory to set up the evaluation index system of the competition among the enterprises engaged in processing agricultural products in Hunan; it claims the current situation of those enterprises from three aspects, the ability of development, the economic benefits and the sales, then gets a general idea about those enterprises and the main factors restricting the competition of those enterprises, finally, it puts forward to the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to those enterprises in Hunan.
