As China's economy develops, Competition among enterprises has grown. Inexpensive products can not meet the needs of all customers. Competition among enterprises has changed from product competition to service competition. It's difficult for traditional marketing model to adapt to the increasingly fierce competition, as customer demand changes rapidly, company's products superiority would gradually disappeared, only those who quickly adapt to market changes and provide customers with unique value can gain a competitive advantage for a long time, especially for service industry. Therefore, enterprises must change the traditional marketing concepts, focusing on customer-centric to launch consultative marketing, ultimately realize a win-win for customers and business.When the company developed to a certain extent, the growth of a single performance alone can not meet the requirements of the company's growth, The overall quality of personnel, standardization of processes and customer satisfaction will become the company's key elements. In this paper, relationship marketing,marketing combination,customer delivered value as a theoretical basis, Based on this theory, elaborated analysis the advantages,disadvantages and issues of A Company, point out the necessity of A estate company to build consultative marketing mode, marketing consultant This paper describes the measures of consultative marketing construction, and then analysis the elements of consultative marketing. This paper is aimed to point out how the real estate industry to establish consultative marketing, key elements and attentions.I prefer to the case study method in this paper with the ideas of "analytical issues-building measures-key elements and attentions". there are some results in the insurance industry and banking based on the consultative marketing, but little person combined Consultative Marketing Theory and real estate industry to research, as maturation and improvement of the basic theory and framework of consultative marketing, particularly consultative marketing strategy and implementation model focus on specific industries or enterprises will become a future direction of consultative marketing study.
