The Multi-dimensional Perspectives Of Land Intensive Use: To Survey And Assess

With the fast development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the urban and rural areas are becoming more and more urgently to exploit more land resource. Especially because of the diversification of land function and the expansion of the constructive land command, the relationship between people and land resource is becoming more intense now. It urges us to use land resource more efficiently and profitably, in addition to the problems such as extensive operation and the waste of land and so forth, the intensive use of land reasonably becomes a very important subject, related to the harmonious and sustainable development of economy, sociality and environment, regarded by academic and practical circles day by day.This paper is rooted from the connotative meaning of land resource intensive use, tries to analyze the situation of land use from different dimensions and levels, to purposely recognize the whole state of the region, and to find the overall character and regularity, to provide useful reference for the policy making and land resource using practice.The whole article is divided into six chapters. The first part is introduction, including research background, purpose and meaning, summary of related theories, architecture of the paper, new ideas and the inadequate. The second part is written in the cities gathering view, including the design of methods and indexes for the evaluation of land resource intensive use. The third part is based on the angle of the industries assemblage, mainly portray the relationship between industries assemblage and land resource intensive use, the relationship between structure of industries and land resource use, by the build-up of the system of indexes, to discuss and analyze the intensively using degree of land resource. The forth part works out the basic station of land resource intensive use of county town and countries, taking several well-known county town of Liaoning province to calculate the degree and analyze the conditions of land intensive use. The fifth part shows the potential of land resource use by the abilities of bearings and coordination. Finally, a few conclusions and inspirations are listed in the last part, several suggestions are proposed as well.According to the diverse dimensions of research, several characteristics and overall situations are concluded such as:(1)Intensive degree of land use of urban areas is improving year by year, which is influenced significantly by the level of input and output, and the core city is playing an important role; the lack of infrastructure and the pollution control investment needs to be changed by policy making and the other ways in the long term.(2)The effect of industries assembly and the change of industries structure have obvious impact on the intensive use of land resource. The development of tertiary-industry is obviously improving the intensive use of land resource. Therefore, in the process of industry policy making, we shall be aware of the adjustment of industrial structure to boost the development of tertiary-industry.(3)The intensive use degree of land resource in the county towns and rural area is obviously lower than urban area, at the same time, impacted by the industry migration and diversion. Therefore, policies need to be formulated to boost the prosperity of county town, and help industry migrate to the rural area, fill in the gap between the urban and the rural.(4) From the analysis of land use potential, most cities of Liaoning Province behave well and increase reasonably. To large extend, the potential is influenced by the population increase, and distributed intensively along the coastal economic district. It inspires us to pay attention to push urbanization forward and take in sufficient labor migrating to the urban area, and boot the construction of coastal economic district. In the process of area planning and land use policies, the land resource intensive use for a region should be recognized from different dimensions, by state and level, considered good aspects and weak points, in the sustainable point of view, feasibly foster the situation of land resource intensively use to upper levels.
