Study On The Development Of Liling Ceramic Industry Based On Industrial Cluster

Liling enjoys the fame as the "City of ceramics",it has a long history in ceramics production which is eventful and complex.After a long time development,Liling ceramic industry has basically come into being a industial cluster which is including ceramic producing,ceramic machinery,Porcelain clay mining,Ceramic Pigment and Color Printing Packaging,it has strong foundation,complete system,a large number of practitioner and a worldwide reputation,Liling ceramic industry has historical and culture's tradition and shows its advantage in local characteristics.At present,there are 510 ceramic enterprises in Liling,their production makes up 94.7% of the hunan's ceramics,14% of the countrywide and 9.6% of the world,it stands third in China.In recent years, the price of ceramic's fuel and raw materials is rising, export rebate rate decreases 8% and RMB appreciates,so the profits of ceramic export enterprises in Liling reduce significantly,a lot of products encounter turn overa dumping..however,Liling ceramic industrial cluster is faced with more difficult problems,such as low industrial centralization,unfine specialized division of labour,low level of competition,lack of innovation capability,low level of network development,services did not play its due role severe consumption of resources and pollution.how to solve these problems and enhance the competitiveness of Liling ceramic enterprises at home and abroad is the thorny problem that Liling government departments and ceramic enterprises have to face.I learned from the successful experience of Italy, then proposed measures for speeding up development of Liling ceramic industry cluster based on the analysis of its present situation:Firstly, speed up the construction progress of industrial park for centralization;Seco-ndly, supervise the specialized division of labour, implement the strategy of upgrading the industrial chain;Thirdly, foster leading enterprises group to enhance market competitiveness;Fourthly, Support scientific and technological innovation, improve the innovation capability in industrial cluster;Fifthly, enhance the degree of network development; Sixthly, improve services;Seventhly,protect the environment, develop circulation economy. I wish these measures will have a positive impact in enhancing Liling ceramic's level of competition at home and abroad, and promoting its sustainable development.
