Research On Our County's Cross-market Financial Risk And Its Prevention

After china's accession to the WTO, the domestic financial industry gradually opened up, the competition became more sever. Due to the constraint of institution of "separate operation, separate regulation", domestic financial institutions was in a disadvantage position while competing with foreign financial intuitions. In order to avoid the-adverse effects caused by such an institution, and participate in the competition of financial globalization, our financial institutions gradually made a lot of innovations under some macro and micro conditions. They developed a lot of cross-financial instruments, meanwhile, they also innovate on the organization of financial institutions, and lots of financial holding companies were set up. These new instrument and organization improved the efficiency of our financial system, at the same time caused the cross-market financial risks.In this paper, after studying on a number of literatures, we defined the concept of cross-market financial risk. On the base of it, we illustrated the financial risk points of main carrier of cross-market financial risks. In chapter three, we separately analyzed the transmission mechanism of cross-market financial risk through the two carriers, then, we analyzed the process taken Delong as an example. In chapter four we did comparative analyses on three western mainstream supervision modes at the prevention of cross-market financial risk. In chapter five, we illustrated the present problems of the prevention of cross-market financial risk; combined the international experience and our country's practical situation, some suggestions were put forward.
