| Qingdao is Seaside Scenic Spot a national-grade landscape and famous scenery zone first issued by the State Council in 1982. In this spot, Zhan Bridge, Luxun Park, Little Qingdao, Little Fish Hill, Ba Da Guan, Huiquan Square, Baihua Park, May Fourth Square, Music Square are all famous tourist attractions in Qingdao. In 2000, Qingdao Seaside Scenic Spot was appraised National AAAA Level tourist resort.Through survey of the information from the establishment to current status of this seaside scenic spot, this paper tries to analyze deeply and find out the problems, which are mainly reflected as follows:1. There exist some problems in the land use structure of this region. With the booming development of tourism, the tourism development of this seaside scenic spot presents a tendency of rapid growth. However, since this region is a city scenic zone, the social land use proportion of the residents here is relatively high, tourist amount increases greatly each year, and so there appears a contraction between tourism and resident social land uses.2. The supporting facilities are deficient in this scenic spot. A large number of tourist attractions and facilities have concentrated with relatively perfect hardware facilities in the sea-front area in the south of Qingdao. Nevertheless, the urban guide identification still cannot satisfy tourists'demands. In the peak tourist season, there is great reception pressure, so service facilities are in need of further improvement.3. The organization of tour itineraries distributes unevenly in space and time. At present, the tour itineraries in Qingdao mainly concentrate on the seaside land, there are lack of sea itineraries, and the deep development of sea itineraries is insufficient. Besides, the expansion into the inland has a problem of inadequate guide although the space of inland expansion is still large in this city. In terms of time, travelling in Qingdao mainly centers on summer, which causes too great pressure on most tourism facilities in this season and most of these facilities leave unused in other tourism periods. Even if it is in the same tourism period, there is a great difference between day and night because tourism cultural activities are insufficient at night which asks for proper arrangement in the future.4. The tourism cluster is not formed and its industrial chain is short. Though it is a national famous tourism holiday resort, tourism in Qingdao has not broken away from the mode of sightseeing tour, which mostly emphasizes vacation and short distance sightseeing. The tourists eat and live in the resort, but have to go out for sightseeing. Meanwhile, the development of tourism products is not industrialized, which needs to be cultivated and developed further.Qingdao Seaside Scenic Spot is not only a scenic zone, but it is also a built up area in the city. It bears multiple functions including sightseeing, tourism, culture and shopping. Therefore, the construction planning scheme of this scenic spot shall be considered from different angles:1. On the basis of rounded analysis on various plans, borrow successful experiences of domestic and foreign plans, survey deeply and predict properly to make the protection of utilization of Qingdao Seaside Scenic Spot more reasonable.2. Adhere to the principles of"planning scientifically, managing uniformly, protecting strictly and using continuously", stand from the present, and see from the distant angle to make this spot develop sustainably.3. Fully demonstrate the characteristics in this spot, emphasize its personalities, research and enrich the landscape features. Meanwhile, with the rapid development in Qingdao, develop new sight spots, improve the infrastructure facilities, and enhance the overall taste of this seaside scenic spot.4. Adjust measures to location conditions, connect each scenic area and spot with reef island, flower stand, corridor, hedge, shrub and arbor, collect urban and countryside anecdotes and arrange sculpture properly to enrich the seaside culture.5. Base itself upon China and look on overseas, strengthen to develop tourism products continuously, and boost attractions to make the tourism industry grow vigorously.On the basis of the survey of the construction and development plans in Qingdao Seaside Scenic Spot, this paper brings forward a suggestion to build this spot into a multifunctional famous scenic spot with sightseeing, leisure vacation and science popularization education with the concept of ecological garden, the mainline of sea culture and harmonious relationship between the scenic spot and urban area. In order to protect the resources in the spot and purify the landscape features, we shall integrate reasonable social needs into the landscape and make this seaside scenic spot develop healthily, harmoniously and continuously. |
