The Research On Regional Logistics Demand Of Fujian Province

In recent years, with the development of the Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits. The economy and basic logistics construction of Fujian province have made advanced progress in both the scale and the whole service level. The development environment has also become better and better. But comparing with other developed provinces, there still has certain disparity, making the eastern coastal areas appear economic rupture.The development of a regional logistics has very important practical sense to promote the quality and the efficiency of industry cluster, enhance the competitive ability of the enterprises, promote the transformation of economic system and the fundamental economic growth mode. On the other hand, a well-done programming of regional logistics system is the essential element to achieve the sustainable development of regional economy and society. And regional logistics demand forecasting is the a basic task of a well-done regional logistics system programming.Regional logistics demand forecasting is the basic of regional logistics system programming and reasonable allocation of regional logistics resources. Only based on this and from the view of system theory, should have the balance of logistics demand and supply, formulate various logistics development policy. In this case, the region can introduce relative investment about logistics, such as basic construction of logistics and various logistics nodes like logistics park, warehousing...Therefore, it is particularly urgent and necessary to do the research on the regional logistics demand forecasting of Fujian province.Through the analysis both on the external environment and the internal environment of Fujian province. This paper has an overall view of the current regional logistics situation.Then gives the proper indicator system and forecasting model of Fujian province.This paper emphasis on volume of freight forecasting which using the combination forecasting model includes the mode of Gray Model GM(1,1),multiple regression and Radical Basis Function Artificial Neural Network(RBF).Through this forecasting model, this paper obtains the amount of Fujian province's regional logistics demand.At last, this paper gives some proper policies and countermeasures to support relative departments making scientific decisions and theoretical needs. Strengthen the regional economic cooperation, revitalizing the logistics industry to promote sound and rapid eco-social development of Fujian province.
