The Research Of Service Industry Development In The Course Of Jiangxi Urbanization

Urbanization and service industry development are mutually reinforcing and they are both in the overall economic development. Urbanization development raises new requirement for service industry development,and service industry development provides strong motivation and support for urbanization development.By the regulation of world urbanization,urbanization often gets into slow development process and even comes forth the phenomena that contrary to the urbanization development after rapid development time. One important reason is in the urbanization rapid development, undeveloped service industry restrains urbanization healthy development. Therefore, quickening service industry development is the key measure to drive urbanization in the new period. While Jiangxi has achieved greater progress in the urbanization,the development rate is slow and industrialization and urbanization level is not high.So Jiangxi has made a special plan in order to promote urbanization rapid development, and has put service industry rapid development on the important position. But up till now,the service industry development of Jiangxi shows insufficient compared to the urbanization and the overall economic development level, it dose not only manifest the indicator of quantity,but also manifest the quality level of development. Thus, studying service industry development under the urbanization background,exploring how to accelerate service industry growth rate and improving service industry development level to enhance the pace of Jiangxi urbanization and promote the healthy development of Jiangxi urbanization and make the service industry development of Jiangxi adapt the needs of urbanization.It has important significance.This thesis has concluded domestic and foreign scholars'research results and combined urbanization and service industry related theory to analyze the interactive relation between Jiangxi urbanization and service industry development and the existing problems and influence factors of service industry development in the course of Jiangxi urbanization,and proposing suggestions about the service industry development in the courseof Jiangxi urbanization.This thesis has five chapters,the main contents are as follows:Chapter 1 Introduction:building up the research meaning of Jiangxi service industry development under urbanization background;defining the concept of urbanization and service industry,service industry and tertiary industry have the same identity in the course of analysis;summarizing the literature about domestic and foreign relevant research of urbanization and service industry development; elaborating research ideas,method, innovation and insufficient of the thesis.Chapter 2 Theory basis:exploring urbanization development regulation, dynamic mechanism and the measure of urbanization;elaborating service industry classification, service industry development regulation and trend and the measure of service industry development;stating the boosting and restricting ambivalent relation between urbanization and service industry development.Chapter 3 The correlative analysis of Jiangxi urbanization and service industry development:adopting urbanization rate, service industry product proportion and service industry employment proportion, using SPSS13.0 and Eviews 6.0 softwares to analyze and test the correlative relation between Jiangxi urbanization and service industry development. First,analyzing the situation of Jiangxi urbanization and service industry development;then,analyzing the correlation between Jiangxi urbanization and service industry production and the correlation between Jiangxi urbanization and service industry employment;finally,realizing the strong correlation between Jiangxi urbanization and service industry development by analysis,service industry development providing powerful impetus for urbanization,meantime urbanization providing much more opportunities for service industry development.Chapter 4 The existing problems and influence factors analysis of service industry development in the course of Jiangxi urbanization:The thesis concludes the existing problems of service industry development in the course of Jiangxi urbanization from five aspects.These aspects are as follows:unreasonable industrial structure deviation degree of service industry,low proportion of service industry production value;unreasonable internal structure of service industry,low marketization of service industry and hysteresis of rural service industry development.The thesis analyzes the influence factors of service industry development in the course of Jiangxi urbanization from eight aspects.These aspects are as follows:service industry relative labor productivity, economic development entire level, demand structure, marketization degree, agriculture development level, industry development level, location factor and informationization level. Chapter 5 Countermeasure suggestion of the service industry development in the course of Jiangxi urbanization:building up related suggestions about service industry development in the course of Jiangxi urbanization on the basis of front analysis.The concrete proposals include the following aspects:increasing the labor value of service industry, impulsing the entirety economic development level of Jiangxi, driving harmonious development between urbanization and service industry, accelerating service industry marketization, advancing the development level of rural service industry, accelerating industrialization development level, strengthening the service industry joint between Jiangxi and peripheral regions,optimizing the interior structure of service industry and strengthening the plan of service industry development.
