| Under the background of the two trends, the economic globalization and the knowledge-based economy, the development of science and technology presents new characteristics. Having analyzed and judged entirely worldwide situation and domestic strategic demand, national government has established Middle and Long Term Program of National S&T Development (2006-2020).To build innovative country, it is determined for government to support the development of industrial generic technology in the Program. Industrial generic technology has eminent role in improving industrial structure and competitive ability, therefore it is important to study its supply and diffusion history, to construct its diffusion system, to discuss its working mechanisms and running mode, to accelerate its diffusion and application.Based on the contrastive analysis of supply and diffusion history in different countries, this thesis identifies the problems in the process of generic technology diffusion in our country. Then, the diffusion mechanism of generic technology is analyzed and its diffusion framework is established. Moreover, a case related generic technology diffusion in the equipment manufacturing industry is studied. Major researches and innovations include as follows:First, after analyzing related literature, several concepts are directly bound up with generic technology and its technical features are considered. What is more, how to identify industrial generic technology is discussed. And its adoption life cycle based on general technical life cycle is recognized.Second, industrial generic technology diffusion process and its influence factors is stated. Comparative analysis is applied to research the generic technology supply and diffusion history in our country and the other typical foreign countries. After that, this thesis identifies the problems in the process of generic technology diffusion in our country.Third, for the technical characteristics of industrial generic technology, its spillover effect is studied. And its working mechanism is analyzed by means of constructing the model below the condition that competes completely. Formulate conclusion from the model, a specific route selection of the inter-industry generic technology diffusion, that it can accelerate generic technology diffusion by perfecting diffusion channels. Moreover, lack of unity between supply and diffusion of generic technology is researched by establishing a game model between competes adopting new creative achievements of generic technology and general competes. Given above statements, it is analyzed that government play a important role in generic technology diffusion based on technical characteristics.Fourth, the complexity in evolution of industrial generic technology is analyzed. Diffusion system of industrial generic technology is studied deeply, and then its framework is established. Operation mechanism including the interaction among diffusion elements, adaptability of diffusion elements to the environment is researched. The operation mode of diffusion system of industrial generic technology is analyzed, and the domestic operation mode is designed consequently.Fifth, a case related generic technology diffusion in the equipment manufacturing industry is studied. Its general diffusion situation is stated at first. And then, its problems in the process of generic technology diffusion are put forward. Moreover, its ideal models are considered. |
