| China is short of water resources and seriously troubled with water pollution. In order to realize the strategic target of constructing ecological civilization in china,wastewater treatment, as a kind of public utility,should play a positive role in strengthening the protection,the development and the utilization of water resources. However,due to the causes relating to management mechanism,quite a few problems can be found in the wastewater treatment,which slows down the development of wastewater treatment. So,in such a special time,investing and constructing a Sewage Treatment Company is a risk for investors. Therefore,before the start of the project,we must spend some material and financial resources to do a feasibility study so as to assess the project in order to reduce the project decision-making mistakes.Feasibility research must be finished before a project's beginning.Through all-side analysis, argumentation and evaluation about the marketing,resource and technique,economy and society problems relating to a project,it can confirm whether the project should be set up,or can choose the best investing scheme.First of all,this paper introduced the feasible theory and the status quo of the development at home and abroad,and focused on reviewed the involved theory of the investment of project construction,that are the investment appraisal and risk management theory of project construction. And then the paper analyzed the necessity of the investment in the construction of the Yueyang X Sewage Treatment Plant. On this basis, using the investment appraisal theory it analyzed the estimated investment,the financing model,and the liquidity of the aspects of financial to demonstrate the feasibility. Then by using the risk management theory it analyzed the potential risks and the risk avoidance measures. Finally it appraised the feasibility in all aspects of this project of Yueyang X Sewage Treatment Plant,and eventually reached the conclusion. |
