Then zhe auther found some questiongs in compectitve strategy. such as lack of clear goals,weak in the overseas market. devoid of measure of strategy executing. etc. After that,the auther found out the best compectitive strategy which can get the goal,"market-oriented,quality-centric".Fastprint is making every effort to build a value chain system which is customer-oriented an adds value to all our customer relationships.Finally. the auther advanced some feasible measure on competitive strategy, in order to solve two most important topics how to ensure quantity and which are oversea developing.
