Analysis Of Dynamic Mechanism Of Enterpreurial Busuness External Management Under Social Capital Venture In China

With the development of world economy, business enterprises have become an important force in the national socio-economic life and technological development. With the deepening of socialization on business environment, as the key to maintain the interests of all stakeholders, external governance optimization caused more and more attention by business enterprises. However, in China's unique environment of social capital, there are still many obstacles at this stage to the development of China venture external governance dynamic mechanism. Therefore, it will be of great help on further optimization to find out the obstacles and solutions from an empirical point of view by analyzing on the relationships between the dynamic mechanism and the force of social capital through reasonable and scientific mathematical methods.Under social capital venture in China, through summarizing the related literature at home and abroad, based on the analysis of the mechanisms and elements of the dynamic mechanism of external governance, this article is to do exploratory research to find out the impact of social capital and dynamic mechanism of entrepreneurial business external management and the status of the mechanisms at present and then, find out problems of external governance of venture business optimization and propose related measures.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is introduction to the main thesis, background, purpose and meaning, status of related research at home and abroad and innovations of the article. The second part is the discussion on the theoretical framework and mechanisms, including the basic concept of social capital, dynamic mechanism and analysis of operation mechanism and elements of entrepreneurial business external management. The third part is the central part, according to the previous theory, from the perspective of social venture in China, constructed the dynamic model of entrepreneurial business external management and by simulation to output and find out the relations between social capital and its influencing factors and the external dynamic mechanism of governance of the five major markets. Part IV, on the basis of ChapterⅢ, set up the indicator system for external dynamic mechanism of governance, and in the context of social capital, empirical analysis of operating results. The fifth part is to make suggestions on optimization of entrepreneurial business external management under social capital venture in China, based on the theory and empirical results of the previous four chapters as well as the successful experiences at home and abroad.
