A Study On Operation Model Of Forest-pulp Integration Project Taking Guangyechu As Example

This paper puts forward Guangyechu forest-paper integration operational mode, combining with the current forest-paper integration project research, combining the characteristics of Guangyechu and application technology, and provides a new species and operation mode choice for our country's forest-paper integration project.Currently in China papermaking enterprises implement forest-paper integration project paper mainly using eucalyptus and poplars as materials, whose rotation age is long, forestation and wood pulp is not synchronization. These traits make lumber raw material prices high, the comparative advantage of farmer's plant trees, influencing enthusiasm of enterprise and farms to build industrial raw material base.The author studies forest technology and processing technology, compares pulp performance and economic efficiency with poplar leaves. The rotational period of Guangyechu is a year with high yield , which can solve the contradiction between high cost of raw materials and farmers' low income; Guangyechu has high adoptability, can live in hills, poor land; The wood, and leaf fiber can be pulped, leaves can be used as feed raw materials.According to the Guangyechu characteristics and application technology research, the mode of Guangyechu forest-paper integration project can be classified into four kinds: industrial chain mode, industrial organization model, benefit coupling model, and financing mode.In the chain model, Guangyechu raw material base is established by firms and households cooperation. The base provides Guangyechu wood to produce paper pulp, provides leaf fiber production to produce special long fiber pulp, provides leaf production to produce animal feed and breeding. In Industrial organization model, a corporation should be established based on different production elements firms and farms provide jointly as shareholders. The corporation invests to build materials processing plant, farming plant, mash tank, etc. all the actives can be operated whine the company, including raw materials production, paper pulp production, planting and animal husbandry. The mode can raise farmers' land efficiency and labor efficiency, increase farmers' income, and the enterprise can obtain stable supply of raw materials. In benefit coupling model, the cooperation between enterprises and farmers is mainly based on production elements contracts, combined with commercial contract reasonable. In financing model, financial company provide capital to forest-paper integration project.Finally, based on the above analysis, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Guangyechu forest-paper integration project.
