Weifang is the cradle of the vegetables industrialization in our country. Weifang is very suitable for developing the vegetables industrialization because of its advantages in natural resources, geographical location and society economic conditions."When we talk about the industry of vegetable in our country, we cannot ignore Shandong, and when we talk about the industry in Shandong, we cannot ignore the industry of vegetable in Weifang, Weifang enjoys the name of one of the biggest vegetable gardens in the world. The vegetable production of Shandong has ranked the first for more than ten years in our country, and Weifang is the best vegetable garden in Weifang. Shouguang, which is one place of Weifang, has become the biggest trading post,the center of price formation,the center of releasing information about the vegetable industry in our country. The development of the vegetable industry in Weifang has entered into the mature stages. The mode of the vegetable industrialization constantly matches with the level of the development of it. With the enhancement of development level, the mode is also changing and developing. The mode evolved from the decentralized management of peasant households into the mode system in which the mode of the leading enterprise driving is dominant.However, there are many problems in the vegetable industrialization in Weifang, Such as The components of the vegetable industry cannot work closely, the benefit connection mechanism is not reasonable, the ability of warding off risks is weak, the Quality and Safety of the vegetable is also concerned by the public, and so on. As a result, studying the theories of the vegetable industrialization, trying to solve these problems from the point of improving the system of the modes of vegetable industrialization is necessary.The article use the theories of modern agriculture and the vegetable industrialization and other theories, trying to analyze the situation of the vegetable industry in Weifang with the methods of theoretical and empirical analysis, the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, comparative and dialectical analysis. And use the theories of modern agriculture and the vegetable industrialization and other theories to analyze the problems of the vegetable industrialization in Weifang and the reasons of them, use the experience of other countries for reference, then offer the suggestions of Optimizing and Improving Industrial Structure. this paper mainly includes:(1)the domestic and foreign theories about the agriculture industrialization ,especially the theories about the mode of the agriculture industrialization, they are the basis of learning and analyzing the situation of vegetable industrialization (2) Learn and grasp the situation of the vegetable industrialization in Weifang, this is the preconditions of the suggestion of optimizing and improving industrial structure.(3) Use the theories learned into the circumstances, analyze the situation of the vegetable industrialization in Weifang, and find the problems and the Constrict factors, then offer the suggestions .this is the final achievements in the research.The innovation points of the study: (1) Classify the mode of vegetable industrialization into several types, and summarize the development of the modes in different stages.
