The Study On The Role Of Government To Promote Corporate Social Responsibility In The Process Of Construction

Since reform and open up, enterprises as microcosmic of the market economy, with its rapid development it has greatly promoted China's economic and social development, and brought a lot of tax revenue, job, the rapid growth of the GDP every year and increasing live level of people for the country. However, it obtains sustainable economic development and social prosperity and progress, enterprise social responsibility has fallen into deep crisis, such as disregard for the interests of consumers, the contempt of the working environment of workers, trampling on the laws and regulations, and pursuit of economic interest but neglect environmental pollution, which reflects the lack of enterprise social responsibility in China. The lack of enterprise social responsibility in China has restricted one of the serious barriers for China's economic and social development. The reasons include the enterprise's own factors and governmental departments'factors. Thus, the promotion of enterprise social responsibility is inseparable from the role of government. Our governmental departments are poor in supervision and monitoring delay on the enterprise social responsibility construction, which has been unable to adapt to the construction of harmonious society and economic development.Experiences from the western countries shows that the rise of enterprise social responsibility mainly relies on civil social, governmental forces and a variety of forces, and the government is one of the most important driving force. At this stage, the social responsibility of business circles activities as a whole is still in its infancy, many enterprises undertake social responsibility issues are still in a more prominent. Due to the lack of strong social driving force, our government becomes more important to promote enterprise social responsibility.Based on existing research this paper analyzes the transformation of China's basic conditions of countermeasure social responsibility, and based on introducing the measures of domestic and foreign governments promoting enterprise social responsibility construction. It focuses on analyzing the role and the countermeasure of the Chinese government promoting the constructive process of countermeasure social responsibility.
