China And East Asia Community Construction In The View Of Regional Cooperation

Tide of economic globalization and regional integration is flooding the world. The success of EU and the North American free trade zones is stimulating east Asia which is considered as one of the most dynamic economic sector. in the world. Therefore, in this context , East Asia countries actively seek development path. to regional integration. But, there are lots of difference among Europe , North America and East Asia ,such as political system, economic development level, and religious culture. Nonetheless, the east Asia cooperation continues to deepen, east Asia cooperation increasingly rich content, mechanism, has been formed gradually improve by ASEAN, cooperation of ASEAN and China, Japan, Korea, ("10 + 3" )and "the east Asia summit" three "concentric circles" structure. Currently, east Asian community is not just a theoretical question, in a large extent become east Asian countries policy practice target. Therefore, China should keep standing strategic meticulously, so as to ensure that it can play an important role in the process of east Asia community buildingThis paper is divided into four parts .The first part summarized east Asia regional cooperation and the concept of east Asian community. Firstly, this part expounds characteristics of the east Asia cooperation .Secondly, pointed out the evolution of ideas for an east Asian community carding process. Finally summarized different target and attitudes to east Asia community construction among Korea, ASEAN and JapanThe second part analyzed important benefits which China had in the process of building east Asian community. There were three levels for this analysis, including that the cooperation of finance ,trade ,and energy between east Asia and China .The third part analyzed challenges and problems China facing in the process of building East Asia Community which including: east Asia geographic area outside the U.S. which is considered as the outside factor for east Asia area ; leadership problem; The economic development of the economic structure of China; East Asia existing territorial dispute existing in east Asia .The fourth part analysis shows that the three path for China in east Asia community building, which based on the strategic thinking of realism theory mode about how to construct the community and in the process of constructing community in the ownership of the dominant force; leadership Based on the background of liberal theory model, under the precondition of the process in constructing community should be looked at how each other the mutual dependence and the cooperation areas and under the mode of constructivism in a cooperative way, facing each other ideas and identity of choice and unified problem.
