Along with the adjustment of the coal industry and the guidance and coordination of the government, combining freewill principle, the organization form of coal enterprises developed to the direction of enterprise group by the horizontal merger restructuring and other forms fusion and themselves'massive reconstruction or extension. Such as the Shen Hua Group, the Henan Coal Chemical Group, Pingdingshan Coal Group and Shanxi Coking Coal Group. Along with the enterprise region's continuing expand, the coal varieties'growing and the customers'rapid increase, the procedure of coal enterprises'transformation to collectivize facing with many challenges and trial in the following aspects, such as the management system, the supervision mechanism and the coal pricing mechanism. The coal pricing mechanism is the main content of the challenges, and also is one of the core contents of the sales management system. Without a perfect, feasible pricing mechanism, the whole sales management will get into chaos, the interests and benefit of the enterprise will difficult to be effectively guarantee,so the coal pricing mechanism have a significant influence to the development even survival of the coal industry group.While the existing condition is: many large-scale coal enterprises only pay attention to the formally fusion, and their sales management system is not perfect, and the lack of supervision mechanism is also existed. What is more serious is that the pricing mechanism is still in the original backward dogma such as "copycat go" and "touch stone across the river", even the "only person's decision " phenomenon still exist. So it is difficult to fulfill the management targets that the corporation responds quickly to the market , the price changes according to the the market and the scale guides for the market.This paper first from the process of change in China's coal price history shows that our problems in the coal pricing, and further analysis of the coal pricing is unreasonable on the regional economy and the impact of the coal industry; Followed by a qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the mode of the coal pricing principle; Finally the management organization of coal prices and marketing point of view of the customer and key customers in general, weak market period, the market and the market stable during the period of tension flexible management of market pricing and price regulation of pricing the pricing operation of the program closely.This article consists of:the part one of the prolegomena describes the background, the literature review, research method and framework papers;Finally part of the conclusion described innovation, lack of research and future development. The part two research the changes in China's coal price history;The part three research from the coal supply and demand of coal pricing based on economic theory;The part four From the quantitative point of view of the coal pricing model;The part five research the coal price controlling mechanism;The part six researching the general customers and key accounts, weak market period, the market and the market stable during the period of tension flexible management of market pricing and price regulation of pricing with the pricing action plan in close.This thesis studies the yard based on the price of coal, did some pioneering research, Innovation lies in the following areas:The firstly, methods of qualitative analysis of the coal pricing model;The secondly, researching The price of coal.The thirdly, General customers and key customers, the market weak period, the market and the market during the period of tension smooth flexible management of market pricing and price regulation of pricing the pricing operation of the program closely.The main characteristic of this dissertation is:One is using standard methods, from a historical perspective reviews the changes in China's coal pricing process;Two is researching the economic theory and the combination of markets and customers with the pricing methods;Three is management institutions and markets from the price adjustment and control information that the combination of flexible pricing.Academic value of this research is: System of a process of change in China's coal prices, coal pricing problems, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods of the coal pricing the basic principles of how to apply in the actual operation of coal prices and flexible manner, In this article, enrich and improve the pricing of the coal industry, theory and method.
