For the development of enterprise, the key is enhancing competitiveness, but the improvement of competitiveness depends on innovation, so the staff's creative performance is one of the core elements for improving the competitiveness of enterprises. Stimulating the creativity of staffs, and improving the creativity level of enterprises have become one important condition in terms of the survival and development of contemporary enterprises.Now, more and more psychology researchers are committed to discuss the rule of creativity.The item of creativity is becoming a new hot spot of Organizational Psychology.Based on some research methods, literaturing Analysis and sorting, Compiling foreign questionnaire,interview and questionnaire were used in this research .And Creative Performance Questionnaire(CPQ) was created.Then, CPQ was administrated by 720 enterprises'staffs from 10 enterprises in 7 cities of China.Lastly, At last,I got 582 questionnaires,and 466 questionnaires is valid.Statistic techniques such as t-test,Correlation Analysis,Variance Analysis and Regression Analysis were used to analyze the dates.consequently,we draw the following conclusions: Firstly, the CPQ is a two-dimensional structure,the two factors are Behavior-level creative performance and ideological-level creative performance.the two-factor modeling fitting better, and this questionnaire has reasonable reliability and validity,which can be used to measure creative performance.Secondly,the research explored the relation of proactive personality,self-efficiency,and creative performance.The results showed that there was significantly positive correlation between proactive personality and creative performance. Proactive personality can positively predictcreative performance. And there was significantly positive correlation between self-efficiency and creative performance.Self-efficiency can positively predict creative performance; And it was found that self-efficiency play a significantly mediatory role in the Three dimensions of proactive personality and creative performance.Thirdly, the differences between population statistic variables such as age,gender, level of education,work experience were significant in each dimension of creative performance.the difference between different family location and Marital status are not significant.
