In real life, as the network flow growth increasingly fast, all kinds of network resource demand of application is also more and more, caused the network resources relative shortage and also form the existing network features: application of commercialization, service is opposite relatively relative lack of diversification and resources of amination, resources relative distribution. Traditional resource allocation is not suitable for the development of the network, not considering user satisfaction, the efficiency of the system, the quality of service, etc.How to reasonably distribute limited network resources the application of different service quality needs to provide services, enhance the user's satisfaction with the network service, improve efficiency of resource use, improve the network's overall performance, it is urgent to solve problems. People usually pure with technical means to research network resource allocation, income, this also is not realistic . Now with the economics principle (equilibrium theory, pricing theory, game theory) to study and solve the above problems is proposed based on the game theory, and the service coverage network resource allocation model. this paper main work and innovation as follows:(1) First of all, to existing network resources allocation of research were analyzed. This paper gives a kind of framework for companies with traditional network, through comparing companies are given, and the characteristics of companies, This paper studies to determine the target and content.(2) Introduced into the network resource allocation in the economics of price reasonableness and pricing strategies. Then we introduce the knowledge of game theory and game theory applications in resource allocation and discuss the allocation of resources in several economic models based on game theory. The economic model for the future allocation of resources laid a theoretical foundation.(3) In service overlay network is proposed based on the game theory in the static bandwidth provide model.In this scheme using Wardrop user equilibrium network bandwidth allocation problem was studied, a bi-level programming model, model in considering the various factors such as service QoS, bandwidth costs and flow requirements. The upper planning is the maximum benefits of target companies built in, the lower planning is the elastic demands by companies under Wardrop user equilibrium model. Finally, the direction and the difference with down the sensitivity analysis method of solving the model combining heuristic method, example analysis of the model is proved reasonable and convergence.(4) In static bandwidth provide model are put forward, based on dynamic bandwidth provide model, analyzes how much in what circumstances obligate static bandwidth.Finally, do the work of has systematically summarized, analyzed, and discussed the contents of needs to be studied further.
