By checking some government policy documents like"Central No.1 Document"of recent years and "National Program for the medium and long term food security", we can obviously notice that agriculture industry foreign investment (popularly, it is called"going global") becoming an important complement for securing Chinese food security. In this paper, the author will analysis and state Chinese agricultural"going global". And final find out the available developing path for Chinese agriculture enterprises. My research is constituted by these below sections:The first section focuses on the review and statement of existing study achievements.The second part analyses and extends the meanings and implications of some concepts such as food security, grain industry chain and"going global". The author will endow them with some kind of economic and political senses.In the third section, the author summarizes the current situation characters of Chinese grain industry chain, the interaction relationship between industry chain and national food security situationIn the fourth section, the author analyses the characters of political risks would be met in the process of "going global", including reasons, recognition and avoidance.The fifth section imports a statistic analysis on the "going global" influence factors by applying principle component analysis and SPSS.In the sixth section, the author makes a conclusion on the experience of multinational agriculture corporations.The seventh section probes into the stratagem of how to promote the development of Chinese grain corporation.The last section is a summary.
