| Industrial cluster, which plays a vital role during the development of regional economy, is an important form of business organization. Regional economic competitiveness has evolved into a competition between industrial clusters. In recent years, scholars have carried out a large number of studies on clusters. But from the perspective of research results, many problems need to be explored, especially for the industry cluster identification stage of development, the risk avoidance of industrial clusters, growth of industrial cluster core power. In this paper, the growth of industrial cluster mechanism, put forward on a basis, the growth of industry clusters within the core power and external growth conditions. The new theoretical framework can provides alternative development model for post-prone areas.This paper is the following study of "The twelfth Five-Year Plan Project of Shaanxi Province-a pillar industry of Shaanxi Province and the Adjustment of Industrial Structure". Firstly, this paper provides principle the research framework, which is the developing of cluster demands the two core powers, that is the cluster's internal power and external power. Including the cluster internal innovation, the cluster aggregation ability to attract business and cultural force within five abilities of the cluster, in which the innovation capability is the core of power. External power is the government's relevant policies and macroeconomic environment, such as industrial restructuring affected the growth of the cluster, the relevant government support policies. This paper proposes a new theory of the life cycle, the main reason for the formation of the cluster risk, risk-averse the cluster model. In the studying of the external conditions, the paper combines with the general law of development of industrial structure and establishs the VAR Model to explore the industrial structure impacts on the growth of the cluster.Based on the studying of theory, the paper analysis the Guanzhong area cluster, and descripes the regional industrial cluster status, and analysis the innovation on the relations in the industrial cluster effect, so as to better illustrate the article Practice significance. Throughout the thesis writing process, this study of industrial clusters draw some preliminary conclusions and results, but these conclusions need further examination of practice and more scholars to further research. |
