Along with the global industrial structure being transsferred and the serviceoutsourcing industry springing up, data entry enterprise, as new economic entities inChina, have arisen and upgraded constantly. Data entry business derivatives have theirprofound meanings. On one hand, the data entry buyers could concentrate on their corecompetitiveness so as to create high management level, on the other hand, the data entryvendors can focus their attention on the speed and accuracy to improve their servicequality.This dissertation takes a typical data entry enterprise in Xi'an as research object.And a service quality index system about data entry enterprise has been established inorder to improve the service quality of data entry process. Then two mathematicalmodels for determining staff scale and assigning tasks have been built to guide dataentry business with the help of these models'schemes.Firstly, based on traditional service quality theory, this dissertation gives a servicequality index system, which contains various indexes from the field of E-commerce,service outsourcing, B2B and data entry. The final sound index system and the effectrelationships between all children dimensions of the system have been founded afterextensive data collection and in-depth analysis.Secondly, some related indicators of the index system are introduced into themathematical model for obtaining staff composition and staff size. Then specificscheme could be obtained through solving mathematical models.Thirdly, this part analyzes related indexes of the service quality index system,explains some assumptions and parameters, builds the mathematical model and gives asolution to help to guide the data entry process.Therefore, there are three contributions in this dissertation. And they are theestablishment of the service quality index system of data entry enterprise, the solution tothe mathematical model for the staff combination and staff scale and the scheme ofassigning tasks to employees. So this dissertation has its theoretical and practicalsignificance.
