Currently most of China's urban residents have been incorporated into the social security system, but in underdeveloped rural economy, farmers have not been the most basic social protection. Social Security and the goal of building a moderately prosperous society is also very different. This paper studies the following aspects:First, establish a sound analysis of the social security system in rural areas in Guiyang County, the necessity and possibility; the second is from the new rural cooperative medical insurance, social welfare in rural areas, rural old-age insurance, social assistance in rural areas and other aspects of social security in rural areas in Guiyang County, describe and analyze the current situation; third factor from the rural social security, rural development factors and social security burden on the level of rural social security and other aspects of Guiyang County to measure the level of social security in rural areas; four, analysts pointed out that the rural social security system in Guiyang County, the construction of the main problems; Finally, for problems and proposals put forward concrete measures, the proposed comprehensive social security system in rural areas in Guiyang County, should supplement the basic social security system and social security measures constitute the two major sub-systems.
