Study On The Plan And Design Of Agriculture Resource Planning System

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy, the scientific development has transformed national agriculture from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Management of Agriculture informiatization plays an indispensable role of modern agriculture development, to adapt which we put forward Agriculture Resource Planning(ARP). The paper centers on agriculture informatization,especially on the issue of the integration and management of agriculture production information,thus puts forward the concept of ARP(Agriculture resource planning), furthermore, based on in-depth study of modern agriculture production mode and multiple entities support system,it puts forward idea and approach of ARP system plan and design,which is to solve the existing problems in china's agriculture production management by exploring a new type of agriculture production management mode.Based on ARP, this paper defines modren agriculture as a multiple entities which has five parts--farmer/ demonstrative households, agricultural produce market, economic orgnizations and agriculture experts.Based on the research of duty and feature of every single entity, basic feature of prodution and sales entities has been analyzed,basic resource information of two ntities and input-output model has been raised; referential definition of ARP has firstly been given,which clearly defines ARP as a sophiscated production management mode based on advanced network technique,information technology and management technique,it breaks geographic limitations, has all agriculture production activities planned, and at the same time has resource information integrated and shared,whcich reflect its wide coverage and quickness,openness and regionality diversity and gregariousness; in addition, structure and main function of ARP has been analyzed, relational hierarchy of subsystems clearly shows up by ARP structure and function diagram, running process of ARP and key technique has been reaearched according to functions of every single subsystem;Based on ARP management,The function,data,interface and model of ARP system has been initially planned and designed. Function of ARP system is divided into three modules-user management,production management and information exchange,among which production management is the core module, and it creates separate security levels for different users,for instance,the sales unit can apply it to manage sales,the management unit can take advantage of it to plan regional production,the production unit gets access to government to tailor-make its production plan.
