In the beginning of 21st century, subprime mortgage crisis starting from America affected all over the world. It sounded the alarm all the medium-sized and small enterprises in China. In the post-financial-crisis era, the conception of "cash is the King, moderation is the first" has been identified and accepted by more and more small companies who responded financial crisis positively. As an important participant of modern economy, commercial banks have already disigned and develped a serious of products to help companies in the cash management. According to successful cooperation with transnational corporations and large state owned companies, they proved that these products can not only improve the efficiency of corporates'cash management, but also meet the different needs of different companies. Howerer, the idea of most medium-sized and small enterprises to banks'business still limited to traditional idea. When corporate owners worry about the turnover of capital, they leave the products of banks becoming a shoupiece in the shopwindow. In order to change enterprises'attitude to commercial banks and give some advice on choosing products and banks, the author will analyse and give an example to illustrate the application of commercial banking products to cash management of corporate.There are six parts in this essay:The first one is Intruduction, telling the back ground and the emotion of this research and finding out the drawbacks of recent research through the summerize of the study on this topic domestic and abroad. The author concludes that most of the research on medium-sized and small enterprises'cash management focuses on financing but not so much relating other sides. By doing this, the autor wants to put forward the research method.The second part is survey of Cash Management. The author construct the theory base of analysis frame by introducing the fundamental conception of medium-sized and small enterprises and cash management. In the third one, the author describe the present situation of medium-sized and small enterprises and the problem they meet with. And then the author lead up to the necessity of application of commercial banking products to cash management of medium-sized and small enterprises.The forth part is policy analysis of application of commercial banking products to cash management of medium-sized and small enterprises. The author expound how can medium-sized and small enterprises make use of the products of commercial banks to enchance their cash management. And this part will be elaborated from three aspects including operating activities, investment activities and financing activities of medium-sized and small enterprises.There is an example of case in the fifth chapter. The author will illustrate the way of application by an successful example of LS coporation for the sake of demonstrating the concret measure and availability of application.In the last, the author will give her advice to medium-sized and small enterprises on applying the theory to practice.Academically, there are many thesis both about cash management of corporate and commercial bank's products. But few of them is.research about cash management of medium-sized and small enterprises and the application of commercial banking products to it. The innovation of this athesis is that it expands the area of medium-sized and small enterprises'cash management to operation activities and investment activities. It wants to certify the practicability and effectiveness by combining both of the above linking theory with practice.In the procedure of economical development, a great quantity of medium-sized and small enterprises made a great contribution and have became an essential part of market economy. But we gave little attention to them because their smallsize and character of delicate. In all the countries of the present world, medium-sized and small enterprises take over more than 50%of GDP. Reinforcing the research of medium-sized and small enterprises will help these corporation developing more quickly and will perfect the economic system all over the world. And the cash management is essential to medium-sized and small enterprises, so we should study it intensively. The author just intruduce one research frame of cash management of medium-sized and small enterprises and the way of application of commercial banking products to it. And this is only a tip of iceberg of this topic, the author wants to draw the relating scholors'attention to it and try to bring about more study on it.
