Study On The Development Planning Of The Modern Farm

With the advances of modern society, not only industrial production rapidly, as the survival of mankind's agricultural production is also the great changes taking place: the traditional mode of agricultural production shift to modern methods of agricultural production. Modern farm is a new form of agricultural economy as vehicle for the production of modern agriculture after the rise of modern agricultural production. It is possible to enhance the agricultural economy, solve the "three rural" issue, building a new socialist countryside, if we are going to developing the modern farm.Thesis discuss the modern farm development planning model based on many theories, including systematics, sustainable development, comprehensive division, science of human settlements, circular economy, agricultural ecology, landscape design and so on, obtain the main conclusions as follows:(1) After summarized the concept of the modern farm, this paper analysis the background and significance of the modern farm development planning, and the difference between the modern farm and various types of rural economic vector.(2) Modern farm development plan put forward include:production planning, life planning, traffic planning, infrastructure planning, landscape planning, ecological and environmental protection planning, conceptual planning and financing scientific and a specific plan steps.(3) Use "Sheng Yi Park, Changsha, Hunan, modern farm development project" as an example, through the investigation and analysis of conditions, the paper proposed the need of development plan, development prospects, planning objectives and the mode of operation. On the scale of construction, manufacturing industry base construction, infrastructure construction and product content of programs carried out preliminary planning ideas, conducted benefit analysis of investment project implementation.As the experimental plots and demonstration area, the main purpose of modern farm which develop the agricultural economy, promote the process of rural urbanization and raising the income of peasants. Can be said that the rational planning of modern farm will contribute to regional agricultural economic development, for building a socialist new countryside provides the possibility, and to some extent, solve the "three rural" issue.Purpose of this paper is establish a set of planning model for the new period of modern farm, which can solve the life issues of the Chinese peasants, develop the agricultural production, improve the rural environment. As accomplish the agricultural economic development which is the primary issue, the planning combine with the optimal improvement of the environment, resource recycling and sustainable development of society,which make the development of the modern farm planning is not only the hope of the current agricultural reform, but also provide more breeding habitat for the future generations.
