The Research Of Centrifugal Chiller Product Line Optimization In YLC

Production is a main focus in operation system of manufacturing enterprise. Optimization of production line is one of the most concerns to achieve continuous process improvement and operational excellent. In this paper, we labor the current situation of centrifugal chiller product line of Shanghai Yileng Carrier on the basis of production line optimization theory.Firstly, for production line balance, this paper analyzes the load factor and imbalance rate according to the current highest productivity and takt time, meanwhile try to find the bottleneck aspects contribute to the line capacity with guidance of marketing forecast, each of these bottleneck aspects will be optimized by means of some measures. Secondly, in the study of optimization of facility layout, we analyze the current equipment layout problems with centrifugal product line and get them optimized with both optimization principle and consideration of manufacturing requirements of centrifugal air conditioning products. Finally, in the aspect of operation optimization, break down the working content of each station and determine the working time, find out some inconsistency between machine working time and human operating time. On one hand, incorporate some work contents as necessary. On the other hand, take actions to improve working time inconsistency. All of those mentioned above is to provide a basic rule follow which can eliminate wastes as much as possible thus result in productivity improvement.
