The Research Of Commercial Banks' Accountant Designation System

The accountant designation system is a new system of managing accountants aiming at improving the quality of accounting information, standardizing accounting practice, reinforcing accounting supervision, and protecting the owner's rights and interests. It may produce a marked effect on the management of state-owned assets, on keeping down extravagance and waste, on anti-corruption, on the improvement in party conduct and general social conduct. Based on analysis of relevant issues and based on the existing model research results foundation,unifying the status of our country's enterprise, this paper proposed effective countermeasures for implementing the accountant designation system from the related questions.
